Refund & Return Policy

At ArgenMotors, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency in every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

We offer a full refund for electric scooters only if all of the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within five (5) calendar days of the original delivery date.

The scooter is returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered:

Unused

No signs of wear, damage, or modification

Includes all original accessories, documentation, and packaging

The scooter has not been registered, modified, or altered in any way.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and if it meets all the conditions above, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, including purchases financed through Affirm.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be denied or subject to deductions.

Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

All electric scooters come with a 60-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty includes:

Mechanical or electrical defects present at the time of delivery

Issues not caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

If a defect is identified within the 60-day warranty period:

Our technical support team will assess the issue promptly

The defect will be repaired, replaced, or resolved at no cost to the customer, depending on the nature of the issue

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance

Cosmetic damage after delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

The return request is made after the 5-day return window

The scooter shows signs of use, damage, or modification

The issue falls outside the scope of the manufacturing defect warranty
